We live in Edwardsville, Ks. We were hit in March by baseball size hail. Our gutters and roof took a beating. We took time researching a good business to do our repairs while we watched countless neighbors let almost any "roofer" take a ladder off their truck lean against their gutters to smash them more and hire them on spot. Our research proved very, very valuable. As our neighbor's dealt with new roofing materials in their yards for days and dumpsters in their driveway for days before and after the installation, we did not. Our repairs were detail oriented and followed through to perfectly fit our schedules. We met with Trent and Chris to go over our work and the plan. I had Trent's cell phone number and really only needed it to brag on his roofing and gutter installation crews. They kicked butt and cleaned up excellently too. Just wanted to leave this here while I'm sure you're reading it trying to decide who to go with for your repairs or remodeling like we were too.

This was a great company to work with starting with the salesperson, Trent, and the entire crew, especially Carlos. Trent did a great job going over our options, providing his recommendations, but was never pushy. He is honest and a pleasure to work with. The crew worked non-stop (even when it was freezing outside) to finish the work on time. Carlos is such a nice young man, taking time to explain everything. They took care of some unanticipated wood problems and did not charge any extra. The house looks 100% better. I highly recommend Grait Plains Exteriors to anyone in Kansas City area who is looking to replace their siding.
Nick and his team were great! It was overwhelming needing interior and exterior work. It’s awesome to have a one stop shop for all work. Nick and his team made the entire process easy. Oh my! What a great group of people to work with. It started with Trent coming to our home and explaining all of the products and answering all questions. Carlos. José and the rest of the crew were so thoughtful, considerate, careful and neat. They picked up our yard every day and swept the porch and patio as well. This is the best work crew I've had at my house! Can't give them enough compliments! Super people!

We really weren't sure how things would go...but once the project began Carlos introduced himself and made sure we didn't have any questions. He and his crew went straight to work. Everything was cleaned up every day at the end of their work day. Carlos was very knowledgeable and skilled when it came to creating the look I was wanting. The crew was absolutely friendly, diligent and skilled with their work . Our home has gables that really needed help...once i finally decided what to do with them Carlos surprised me and created the cover for the gable to look like my old siding....I absolutely love it!!! Kinda made me feel like I was holding on to my old siding (home)...just meant a lot to me ( which was a surprise how that made me feel). These guys are super nice, knowledgeable and skilled.
I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Everyone I talked to at Great Plains was friendly and got what I asked for accomplished. Our sales person was Trent and he showed us our options and we are very happy with our choice.

My husband and I recently purchased a home this winter and quickly identified that we needed to replace all the windows in our home. As 1st time home buyers and window buyers, we wanted to do our due diligence and had 5+ window companies come to our home to quote the project. Great Plains Exteriors provided a far superior solution as compared to the other companies. Trent came to our home and did not try to oversell or provide an outrageous quote post asking what we do for a living like the other companies. He was very friendly and personable, assessed our needs, provided a great solution at a very reasonable price. We installed our windows in phases and Trent did a fabulous job to update us on when the windows would be delivered and when the team could come install them. The installation team was very professional and did a fabulous job. They made sure to cover our furniture that was near the windows when doing the inside work and cleaned up after themselves. They also worked very hard all day long until the job was finished. I can't recommend Trent and the Great Plains Exteriors team enough! We will be lifetime customers. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed, they will take great care of you!
Great Plains did an excellent job of painting the exterior of our home and replacing our gutters. They took their time and did an excellent job. Nick was wonderful to work with and provided a tool so we could visually look at color choices which was very helpful. Definitely call Nick if you are in the market for any of the services Great Plains offer.
